What export documents do you provide?
What documentation is included with export shipments? We need certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, and certificate of analysis for importing into Colombia.
For exports we provide: certificate of origin (CO) issued by the Mexican chamber of commerce, phytosanitary certificate from SENASICA, certificate of analysis per batch (composition, microbiology, heavy metals), commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading. For Colombia specifically, we also process INVIMA sanitary registration if needed. All documentation is sent digitally before cargo arrival.
Can you do private labeling or custom packaging?

Maseca Corn Flour is naturally gluten-free, made 100% from nixtamalized white corn. Our corn flour plants are dedicated lines that do not process wheat. The product is certified gluten-free and contains none of the top 8 allergens (wheat, soy, milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, fish, shellfish). We can provide certificates of analysis per batch on request.
What is the shelf life and storage requirements?
How many months does the sealed product last? Are there special storage conditions for tropical climates?
Shelf life is 12 months from production date in its original sealed packaging. For tropical climates, we recommend storing in a cool, dry place below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep sealed and consume within 3 months. The product comes in a heat-sealed polyethylene bag that protects against moisture.
