Havanna Alfajores are the iconic Argentine confection, produced by Havanna S.A. since 1947 in Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires Province. Each alfajor consists of two delicate butter cookies (galletitas) sandwiching a generous layer of premium dulce de leche, entirely coated in semi-sweet chocolate. The dulce de leche filling is made from slow-cooked whole milk and sugar following a traditional recipe. The chocolate coating is tempered for a glossy finish and satisfying snap. Each alfajor weighs approximately 51g. This 12-pack box contains individually foil-wrapped alfajores arranged in a single layer within a branded cardboard box. The individual wrapping preserves freshness and makes the product suitable for retail display or gift giving. Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, whole milk, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, butter, cornstarch, eggs, vanilla extract, soy lecithin, salt. Contains wheat, milk, eggs, and soy. May contain traces of tree nuts and peanuts. Store in a cool, dry place between 15 and 22 degrees Celsius. Avoid direct sunlight and temperatures above 28 degrees Celsius to prevent chocolate bloom. Shelf life: 180 days from production date.
