Reliable supplier, consistent product

Third consecutive order of Casillero del Diablo for our corporate gifting program. Always arrives on time, quality doesn't vary. Concha y Toro's sales team is professional and quotes are clear. Recommended for anyone looking for a reliable Chilean wine in volume.

Good wine for corporate events, packaging could improve

We purchased 50 cases for year-end company events. The wine is good for the price, our guests enjoyed it. However, 3 bottles from one case arrived with labels damaged by moisture during transit. Concha y Toro responded quickly and offered replacement. The taste is solid for a Reserva in this price range.

Excellent value for volume orders

We imported 200 cases for distribution in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Quality is consistent batch to batch, wine arrives in perfect condition. Volume pricing is very competitive compared to other Cabernets in the same category. Only note: ocean transit took 22 days instead of the estimated 15-20.

Private labeling and customization

Do you offer private labeling services for large orders? We have a wine shop chain and would be interested in a custom label while keeping the Casillero del Diablo wine.

Equipo Comercial Concha y Toro Seller Jan 10, 2026

For Casillero del Diablo as an established brand, we do not offer private labeling since it is a globally registered trademark. However, Concha y Toro has an exclusive brands program for chains with minimum orders of 1,000 cases where we can develop a co-branded label or exclusive selection from the same vineyard. Contact us directly to explore options.

Minimum order and volume discounts

What is the minimum order for direct import? Are there discounts for volumes over 100 cases? I'm also interested in whether you offer samples.

1 answer
E
Equipo Comercial Concha y Toro Seller Dec 1, 2025

Minimum order is 6 bottles, but for direct import we recommend at least 50 cases (300 bottles) to optimize freight costs. We offer tiered discounts: 50+ cases (~8.5% off), 200+ cases (~15.7% off), 500+ cases (~21.4% off) from base price. Yes, we ship 2-3 bottle samples at no product cost for verified importers, only shipping is charged.

Allergens and vegan suitability

Does this wine contain sulphites or other allergens? Is it truly suitable for vegans? I need this information for labeling in Brazil.

1 answer
E
Equipo Comercial Concha y Toro Seller Nov 5, 2025

Yes, it contains sulphites (SO₂ < 150 mg/L) as standard in winemaking. No other common allergens (milk, eggs, nuts, gluten). The wine is vegan certified — we do not use animal-derived products in fining (we use bentonite instead of egg whites or casein). We can provide the complete technical data sheet and vegan certificate for ANVISA compliance.

Shelf life and storage conditions

What is the recommended shelf life of this wine and what storage conditions are required to maintain quality during distribution?

1 answer
E
Equipo Comercial Concha y Toro Seller Oct 20, 2025

Casillero del Diablo Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon has a 5-year shelf life from harvest date, though we recommend consuming within 3 years for optimal fruit profile. Store between 12-18°C, on its side, away from direct light and vibrations. For distribution, our refrigerated containers (reefer) maintain 15°C during ocean transit.
