Yerba mate with stems, dried using the artisanal barbacuá method — a technique inherited from the Guaraní people where leaves are slowly exposed to wood-fire heat over an entire day. This dedicated process yields an intensely smoky profile with woody notes and distinctive natural sweetness. Produced by Establecimiento Las Marías in Gobernador Virasoro, Corrientes, from selected Ilex paraguariensis leaves naturally aged 12 to 15 months. Medium to full body, intermediate complexity. Gluten-free and vegan. Net weight: 500 g.
