Guaraná Antarctica is a trademarked Ambev product and is not available for private labeling on the can. However, we can offer custom secondary packaging (boxes, cardboard displays, shrink-wraps) with your branding for orders over 200 cases. We can also include promotional material in packs. What is the shelf life and how should it be stored?
I need to know the typical expiration timeline for canned Guaraná Antarctica and recommended storage conditions for our warehouse in Bogotá.
Canned Guaraná Antarctica has a shelf life of 12 months from production date. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Ideal storage temperature: 15°C to 25°C. No refrigeration required, but best served chilled. Cans we ship have at least 9 months remaining shelf life at dispatch.
What export documentation do you provide?
We need to import to Costa Rica and they require specific documentation. What certificates and documents do you provide with each shipment?
With each shipment we provide: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (Mercosur or general), phytosanitary certificate issued by MAPA, ANVISA registration, bill of lading (B/L), and free sale certificate. For Costa Rica specifically, we can also facilitate the sanitary registration with the Ministry of Health. All documentation is sent digitally 48h before shipment and originals by courier.
