Perfect for our international gifting program
We use Inca Kola as part of 'Flavors of Latin America' gift baskets for our international corporate clients. The product generates curiosity and is very well received. AgroExport was flexible with packaging and allowed us to combine with other Peruvian products in the same shipment. Excellent communication throughout the process.
Good product but pricing could be better
We purchased 200 cases for construction site events and employee canteen. Inca Kola is excellent and our workers prefer it over other sodas. However, the per-unit price seems a bit high compared to buying directly in the local market. For export volumes it makes sense, but for domestic purchases there are more economical alternatives.
Star product for Latin stores in Brazil
We imported 500 cases of Inca Kola for our Peruvian product stores in São Paulo. Sold out in 3 weeks. Quality is impeccable, fresh product with good expiration dates. AgroExport handled all export documentation seamlessly. Will reorder monthly.
Questions & Answers (5)
Available in other formats?
Besides the 500ml bottle, do you have Inca Kola available in cans or glass bottles? In Chile there is demand for all three formats in Peruvian product stores.
Yes, we carry all Inca Kola formats: 500ml PET bottle (this listing), 355ml can, 296ml returnable glass bottle, and PET bottles in 1L, 1.5L, and 3L. The glass bottle has high nostalgic demand but requires special handling in transport. For Chile, ground transit from Lima is 5-7 days. We can assemble mixed orders with different formats. Export documents and FDA registration
What documents do you provide for US import? Is the product FDA registered? I have Peruvian restaurants in Miami and want to import directly.
Yes, the product is FDA registered. We provide complete documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (Lima Chamber of Commerce), DIGESA health registration, technical data sheet with lab analysis, and FDA Prior Notice. For Miami, transit is 10-12 days from Callao. You'll need a US customs broker or agent with food importer license. We can recommend brokers experienced with Peruvian products.
Minimum order and sample availability
What is the minimum order for importing to the US? Can you send samples before a large order? I have a chain of Asian-Latin stores in California.
Minimum order is 12 bottles, but for US import we recommend at least 100 cases (1,200 bottles) to optimize freight costs. For California, transit from Callao is 12-15 days. Yes, we ship samples of up to 6 bottles at no product cost for verified importers, only shipping is charged (DHL/FedEx ~$45-60 USD). For your California chain, we can offer a monthly supply plan with special pricing.
Ingredients and allergens — does it contain tartrazine?
Does Inca Kola contain tartrazine? In Brazil there are strict regulations on artificial colorants and I need to verify for ANVISA labeling.
Yes, Inca Kola contains tartrazine (INS 102 / E102 / Yellow No. 5) as colorant, which gives it its characteristic golden color. This must be declared on labeling. It also contains sodium benzoate (INS 211) as preservative and caffeine. Gluten-free, no dairy, egg, nuts, or soy. We can provide the complete technical data sheet and composition certificate for ANVISA compliance in Brazil.
Shelf life and storage conditions
What is the shelf life of Inca Kola 500ml and what storage conditions are required? I import to Mexico and need to know how long I have to distribute.
Inca Kola 500ml shelf life is 12 months from manufacturing date. We guarantee minimum 9 months remaining at delivery. Store in cool, dry place, max temperature 25°C, away from direct sunlight. PET bottle maintains optimal carbonation within this range. For Mexico, with 12-15 days ocean transit, you'll have at least 8 months to distribute.
