Williner is an Argentine dairy company founded in 1928 by Swiss immigrant Alfredo Williner in Bella Italia, Santa Fe. Through its flagship brand Ilolay, the company produces a wide range of dairy products including milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, dulce de leche, and cream cheese. It operates four industrial plants in the provinces of Santa Fe and Cordoba, located in the heart of Argentina's dairy basin. The company exports to more than 30 countries and was a pioneer in introducing ultrafiltration technology for cheese production in Latin America.
