Founded in 1898 by Italian immigrant Augusto Carozzi Passani in Valparaiso, the company has grown into a multinational with production facilities in Chile and Peru, commercial offices across the Americas, and exports to over 50 countries on five continents. Its brand portfolio includes Carozzi (pasta), Costa (chocolates), Ambrosoli (confectionery), Vizzio, Master Dog (pet food), Bresler (ice cream), Agrozzi (agroindustrial), Vivo (healthy foods), and over 30 additional consumer brands. At the close of 2024, consolidated revenues reached CLP 1.56 trillion. The Nos industrial complex in San Bernardo houses the company headquarters and main production lines, while Agrozzi operates one of the Southern Hemisphere's largest tomato processing plants.
