Industrias Ambrosoli S.A. is a Chilean confectionery company founded in 1948 by Costantino Ambrosoli, an Italian immigrant who brought European candy-making traditions to South America. Based in Viña del Mar, the company operates one of Chile's largest confectionery plants, producing a diverse portfolio that includes hard candies, soft candies, gummies, chocolates, marshmallows, honey, spreads, and dessert products.
