Avex SA is a vertically integrated Argentine poultry company based in Reduccion, southern Cordoba province. Its processing plant, one of the most technologically advanced in the country, handles between 90,000 and 95,000 birds per day. Part of the Grupo Granja Tres Arroyos since 2019, Avex sells whole and cut chicken under the Sierrasur brand domestically, while exporting frozen cuts to over 60 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. The company operates a fully integrated production model spanning incubation, feed milling, live bird growing, slaughter, and byproduct processing including feather meal, viscera meal, and chicken oil.
