Reliable supplier for our maintenance program

Second order of 20 PGP505 units for our preventive maintenance program on harvesters. Maquinarias Andinas coordinated international shipping to Brazil without complications, all export documentation arrived correctly. The pumps are identical to those we buy directly from Parker distributors in Brazil, but at better pricing due to volume. We have already scheduled the third order for next quarter.

Wrong bearings sent, costly mistake

Ordered SKF 6205 bearings but received SKF 6204 instead. The wrong size caused our maintenance team to halt work on 12 harvesters. Returns process took 2 weeks. When the correct bearings finally arrived, 5 out of 200 showed signs of improper storage. Extremely disappointing.

Good valves for irrigation systems

DN50 valves for our irrigation infrastructure in Peru. The valves handle high-pressure water flow well and the stainless steel body resists corrosion in humid conditions. Some dimensional tolerances were tighter than specified but worked in our favor.

Pump is fine, Peru logistics were problematic

The HP200 pump itself meets specifications. However, shipping from Maquinarias Andinas to our Peru operation was a nightmare. Customs paperwork had errors that delayed delivery by 3 weeks. Once we received it, the pump performed as expected.

Severe delivery and quality issues

Ordered heavy-duty conveyor belts for our mining project in Chile. The belts arrived 4 weeks late, causing significant project delays. When they arrived, the rubber compound was softer than specified -- not suitable for abrasive mining materials. Currently in dispute resolution.

Quality bearings for heavy machinery

Purchased SKF 6205 bearings for our excavator fleet maintenance. All bearings are genuine and perform well under heavy loads. Packaging and labeling were proper. Price per unit is on the high side for bulk orders but quality is consistent.

Valve specs did not match listing

Ordered DN50 valves from Maquinarias Andinas. The actual bore diameter was slightly undersized compared to what the listing stated. While the seller was responsive to our complaint, the product did not meet the advertised specifications. Had to modify our piping layout.

Genuine SKF bearings, pricing is high

Ordered 500 SKF 6205 bearings. All genuine with proper markings and certificates. Packaging was careful with anti-corrosion wrapping. Our only concern is the per-unit price is 15% above what we have seen from other sources. Quality is undeniable though.

Best pump supplier in the region

Third order of HP200 pumps from Maquinarias Andinas. Quality is consistently excellent. They even proactively sent updated compatibility charts for our CAT equipment. The only minor note is pricing is slightly above market average, but the reliability justifies it.

Good pipe quality, delivery delays

Maquinarias Andinas sourced high-quality seamless pipe that matched our ASTM specs perfectly. However, shipping from their warehouse took 10 days longer than quoted. The pipe itself is excellent -- wall thickness and finish are consistent across the batch.
