Las Dinas is a family-owned charcuterie maker in Tandil, Buenos Aires, founded in 1983 by Carlos Panighetti and Dina Rovagnati. The company produces more than 50 different cured meats including the emblematic Salame de Tandil DOT, jamón crudo, prosciutto cotto, pancetta, bondiola, longanizas, chorizos and Italian and Spanish style specialties such as Spianatta, Nduja, Sobrasada Mallorquí and Sopressata. From its plant inside the Parque Industrial Tandil it processes between 45,000 and 50,000 kilos per month and distributes nationwide under the SENASA national habilitación obtained in 2021. Las Dinas is one of the original holders of the Salame de Tandil Denominación de Origen recognized in 2011 and was named among the top 20 best salames in the world by Taste Atlas in 2025.
