Consistent quality for our fleet
We ordered 200 tires for our agricultural equipment transport fleet. All tires arrived properly labeled with DOT codes within 3 months of production. After 30,000 km of highway use on our trucks, the tread wear is even and the tires perform well in both dry and rainy conditions. The FOB pricing was competitive compared to Brazilian alternatives.
Good value, minor shipping packaging issue
Ordered 40 tires for resale in our Chile market. Product quality matches specifications. One pallet arrived with loose stretch wrap causing two tires to shift during transit, but no damage to the tires themselves. Communication was responsive when we reported the issue. Good price point for this performance category.
Decent tire but delivery took longer than quoted
We needed 20 tires for our company vehicles. Quality of the MaxiSport 2 is acceptable for daily urban and highway driving. However, delivery took 28 days instead of the quoted 21. We also received the wrong load index on 4 tires (91H instead of 94V) and had to arrange a partial replacement. The pricing per unit for a small order is not very attractive compared to buying locally.
