Outstanding quality for our restaurant supply chain
We ordered 200 units for distribution to our network of Brazilian restaurants in the US. Every knife arrived in perfect condition with consistent edge geometry. The forged blade holds its edge significantly longer than stamped alternatives we tested. Packaging was secure and all documentation was complete. Only minor delay on shipping, but quality more than compensates.
Solid product, communication could improve
Purchased 50 units for a hospitality client. The knives are well-built and balanced. Edge retention is good for the price point. Two issues: response time to our initial inquiry took five business days, and the packing list had a minor discrepancy in total weight that caused a brief customs hold. Product itself is exactly as specified.
Decent knives but not ideal for heavy-duty butchery
Ordered 24 units for our mining camp kitchen. The knives perform well for general prep work but struggled with heavy-duty tasks like breaking down large cuts of beef. Two handles showed hairline cracks after three months of intensive daily use. For the price, they are acceptable for standard kitchen work but not suited for extreme conditions. Shipping took longer than quoted.
