Outstanding motor, excellent technical support

We specified 12 WEG W22 motors for a conveyor system retrofit project. WEG engineering team helped with motor sizing calculations and provided detailed dimensional drawings. Motors arrived well-packaged, each with individual test certificates. Running for 8 months now with zero issues. Energy savings are measurable compared to the old motors we replaced.

Quality motor, slight shipping delay

Purchased 5 units for pump applications at our construction sites. Motor build quality is very solid, cast iron housing feels substantial. Installation was straightforward with the included documentation. Only issue was shipping took 10 days instead of the quoted 5, but the motors themselves are performing perfectly.

Good motor but needed different voltage

We ordered the 230/460 V version but our facility in rural Brazil runs on 380 V. The product page was not clear about this being specifically for 60 Hz markets. WEG resolved it by exchanging but it caused a 3-week project delay. The motor quality itself once we got the right configuration is excellent.
