Corimon C.A. is a Venezuelan industrial conglomerate founded in 1949, dedicated to the production and commercialization of paints, coatings, synthetic resins, and flexible packaging. The group operates through three main subsidiaries: Corimon Pinturas C.A. (architectural, industrial, marine, automotive, and traffic coatings under the Montana and Pinco brands), Resimon C.A. (synthetic resins and formaldehyde for the paint, adhesive, agrochemical, and plastics industries), and Montana Grafica C.A. (flexographic and rotogravure printing for consumer and industrial packaging). Corimon has been listed on the Caracas Stock Exchange since 1979 and became the first Venezuelan company to list ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange in 1993. The group operates manufacturing plants in Valencia and Mariara, Carabobo state, with corporate headquarters in Caracas.
