Familia Zuccardi - Aceites S.A. produces premium extra virgin olive oils under the Zuelo brand from 350 hectares of own olive groves in Maipu, Mendoza, Argentina. Founded in 2003 as the olive oil division of the Familia Zuccardi group, the company is led by third-generation producer Miguel Zuccardi. Zuelo oils are crafted from Arauco, Frantoio, Coratina, Genovesa, Picual, Manzanilla, and Koroneiki olive varieties grown in the semi-desert climate at the foot of the Andes. The product range includes blended profiles (Suave, Original, Intenso), single-varietal oils, organic certified lines, seasonal Novello editions, and fine wine vinegars. Zuelo exports to over 60 countries and has earned recognition from Flos Olei, Olive Japan, NYIOOC, and the Olio Nuovo Days Ethical Award. The company operates a visitor center and Pan y Oliva restaurant at its Maipu estate.
