Best Argentine butter for our bakery clients
We distribute La Serenisima manteca to 12 artisan bakeries in Porto Alegre. The fat content and texture are perfect for croissants and puff pastry. Ordered 10 cases on our first trial, now at 40 cases per month.
Cold chain broke on first shipment
Butter arrived at 14 C instead of the required 0 to 5 C range. Six blocks in the center of the pallet had softened and lost shape. The seller replaced them but it took 3 weeks. Quality of the product itself is good when properly handled.
Premium butter at a fair export price
We supply La Serenisima manteca to two hotel chains in Florida. Chefs prefer it over US commodity butter for its richer flavor profile. The 200 g block is the right portion size for hotel kitchens. Reefer logistics were smooth on our last 3 orders.
