Don Satur S.A.C.I. is Argentina's leading manufacturer of bizcochos (traditional fat crackers), a staple accompaniment for mate in households across the country. Founded in 1967 by Don Saturnino Martinez, a Spanish immigrant who turned his small Liniers bakery into a nationwide brand, the company produces over 20 million biscuits daily from its modern plant in Lobos, Buenos Aires province. The product portfolio includes bizcochos salados, dulces, and negritos, as well as Talitas mini crackers, pepas, magdalenas, budines, pan dulce, and yerba mate. Don Satur commands over 56% of the bonaerense bizcocho market and exports to the United States, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, and Peru.
