Cagnoli is an Argentine family-owned company specializing in the production of high-quality cured meats, cold cuts, and sausages in the city of Tandil, Buenos Aires province. Founded in 1907 by Italian immigrant Pietro Cagnoli, the company is now led by the fourth generation and employs over 530 people. Annual production exceeds 15,000 tons across more than 70 product varieties, including traditional Tandil-style salami, chorizo, cantimpalo, longaniza, and cooked specialties. The manufacturing plant sits at the foot of the Tandil hills, where the unique microclimate supports natural curing of meats.
