Alicante Oregano is a premium-grade dried oregano (Origanum vulgare) sourced from the traditional growing region of Traslasierra, Cordoba, Argentina. The leaves are harvested at full flowering, shade-dried to preserve essential oils, and sieved to remove stems before packing in a 25 g laminated zipper pouch. Aromatic profile is dominated by carvacrol and thymol, with a clean herbaceous finish suited to pizzas, tomato sauces, grilled meats, chimichurri bases, vinaigrettes and Mediterranean stews. The product is gluten-free (Sin TACC certified) and free of added colorants or preservatives. Packaging is resealable to protect aroma and moisture content between uses.
