Quality and rotation are good. We did have a couple of jars where some pieces stuck together after a hot shipment, so we now ship climate-controlled in July-August. Customers in Florida and Texas reorder consistently.

Pricing per case is competitive against similar Argentinian SKUs. Two of our last 6-pack cases arrived with one jar split at the seam. Lead time was on target. We continue to order but with extra inspection on receipt.

Quality is exactly what Peruvian consumers expect from Arcor: classic milk chocolate with peanut, well sealed in flow-wrap. One pallet arrived during a heat wave with slight bloom on the outer rows; nothing rejected, but we now insist on insulated containers from January to March. Pricing at the 500-unit break is competitive against Chilean alternatives.

Good product but long lead time to Australia

The bars themselves are fine and the gluten-free claim is well documented, which matters for our pharmacy gift-pack channel. Lead time FOB Buenos Aires plus ocean transit to Melbourne ran past 60 days and one display case had crushed corners on arrival. We will reorder but only at the 2000-unit break to justify the freight.

Alicante laurel keeps our deli stew line consistent

We order 12 master cases of the 10 g Alicante laurel sachets every quarter for our deli kitchens in Palermo and Recoleta. Whole leaves hold aroma far better than the crushed format, which matters for the eight-hour estofado we run on Sundays. We stock the 10 g Alicante laurel sachets across three hotel kitchens in Puerto Madero for marinades and stocks. The aroma profile is reliable and pricing at 144-unit volume is fair. The last shipment had a few stem fragments mixed in two sachets, not a deal breaker but worth flagging. Delivery took 18 days versus the quoted 14, otherwise the team is responsive on WhatsApp.

Alicante laurel 10 g is our entry-level SKU in the seasoning aisle across 22 stores in Bariloche and Neuquen. The sachet format moves faster than the 25 g triturado and the cardboard display box converts well in end caps. At 480-unit pricing the margin works even with our 18 percent retail discount weeks. Only complaint is the sachet seam occasionally splits in transit, maybe one in 200 units.

Consistent vanilla flavor across batches

We run this mix in a neighborhood bakery in Mendoza and the crumb comes out identical box after box. Vanilla flavor is clean and not artificial, rises well, and we can layer it with dulce de leche fillings without it breaking apart.
