Bagley Pan Dulce con Frutas y Masa Madre is a 700 g Argentine sweet bread crafted with a sourdough starter and laden with candied fruits and raisins. The slow sourdough fermentation produces a moist, tender crumb with a faint tang that distinguishes it from yeast-only panettones. Packaged in a printed cardboard box ready for retail display, the product targets year-round Latin specialty shelves with peak demand during November and December for Christmas and Reyes Magos campaigns. Net weight 700 g (24.7 oz). 12-month shelf life from production. Suitable for ambient storage at 18 to 25 C with relative humidity below 65 percent.

Enriched wheat flour, drained candied fruit 12 percent, raisins 10 percent, refined beef fat, sugar, egg, skim milk powder, ethanol, yeast, salt, humectant sorbitol, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, soy lecithin, sodium stearoyl lactylate), preservatives (potassium sorbate, calcium propionate), acidulant citric acid, colour annatto (INS160b), artificial flavours. Contains wheat, egg, milk and soy. May contain traces of nuts and sesame.
