DN50 Stainless Steel 316 Ball Valve 2-Inch Full Bore NPT Threaded Manual Lever Handle 1000 PSI
DN50 (2 in.) 316 stainless steel ball valve, full bore, 1000 PSI, PTFE seals. NPT threaded with ISO 5211 actuator pad. Temperature range -25 C to +180 C. Available for bulk orders starting at 10 units with export-grade packaging.
Description
Two-piece ball valve manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel (CF8M), DN50 size (2 inches) with full bore design for unrestricted flow. Body, ball, and stem are all 316 stainless steel, with PTFE (Teflon) seats and seals providing leak-tight shutoff and superior chemical resistance. Rated at 1000 PSI (69 bar) working pressure in NPT threaded configuration, with test pressures of 1500 PSI (shell) and 1100 PSI (seat). Operating temperature range of -25 C to +180 C, suitable for water, oil, gas, steam, chemical processing, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical applications. Features ISO 5211 mounting pad for direct coupling of pneumatic or electric actuators. Conforms to DIN 3202 (face-to-face dimensions), ASME B1.20.1 (NPT threads), and DIN 2633/2635 (flanges). Available for wholesale purchase in bulk lots starting at 10 units. Industrial-grade packaging designed for international supply chain and export logistics. Approximate weight: 5.5 kg per unit.

Unbeatable value for money
Second purchase with this supplier. 100 DN50 valves for an industrial maintenance contract in Sao Paulo. Volume pricing is very competitive compared to local Brazilian suppliers. Steel 316 quality is verifiable with the included MTR. Shipping took 2 extra days due to a customs issue at the border, but the supplier maintained constant communication and resolved quickly. Will reorder.
Good product, packaging needs improvement
We ordered 50 units for resale in Chile. Valve quality is solid, all passed our QC inspection without issues. The only downside was packaging: some boxes arrived damaged and two valves had superficial scratches on the handle. Does not affect function but complicates resale. We requested better protection for future shipments and the supplier agreed to improve packaging.
Outstanding 316 steel quality
We purchased 30 DN50 valves for a water treatment plant project. Steel quality is consistent with specifications, surface finish is uniform, and PTFE seals close without leaks on initial testing. The MTR 3.1 certificate came complete with chemical analysis of the batch. Delivery in 3 days as promised.
Questions & Answers (5)
Samples and import documentation
We are importers in Santiago, Chile. Can we request a sample before placing an order for 100+ units? What export documents do you provide (certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list)?
Yes, we offer 1-unit samples at the published unit price plus shipping. For confirmed orders of 100+ units, sample cost is deducted from the first order. For export we provide full standard documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (preferential Mexico-Chile under Pacific Alliance), MTR 3.1 material certificate, and bill of lading. We can process additional documents per importer requirements. Our logistics team handles all customs management on the Mexican side.
Warranty and PTFE seal replacement
The valves are installed in a chlorinated water system. How long before the PTFE seals wear out? Does the warranty cover seal replacement? Do you sell seal kits as spare parts?
PTFE is highly resistant to chlorine and chemical agents. In a chlorinated water system with normal operation (periodic open/close, not continuous), PTFE seals typically last 3-5 years. The main wear factor is operating frequency, not the medium. The 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects in seals but not normal wear from use. We do offer replacement seal kits (includes PTFE seats and O-rings) as spare parts. Kit price is approximately 15% of the valve value. Installation is straightforward on 2-piece valves.
Custom dimensions and compatible accessories
We need DN50 valves but with ANSI 150 flanges instead of DIN. Can you supply that configuration? We also need compatible pneumatic actuators, do you sell those?
Yes, we carry DN50 valves in both DIN and ANSI 150 flange patterns. The ANSI 150 version has the same 316 steel body and ball, only the flange drilling pattern changes. Lead time may be 1-2 extra weeks if we don't have that configuration in stock. Regarding actuators, our valve has an ISO 5211 mounting pad compatible with most pneumatic and electric actuators on the market. We don't sell actuators directly but can recommend compatible suppliers and verify mounting dimensions match your selection.
Lead time for large orders and volume pricing
We are quoting for a project needing 200 DN50 valves in 316 steel. What is the lead time for that quantity? Are there additional discounts beyond the published ones for projects?
For 200 units, if we have inventory available, dispatch would be 5-7 business days. If production is needed, lead time is 3-4 weeks. For projects of this volume we offer special pricing not published online. Contact us directly by email for a personalized quote with flexible payment terms. We can also schedule partial deliveries if the project requires it.
Material certification
I need valves for a pharmaceutical plant. Can you provide MTR 3.1 material certificates with complete chemical analysis for each batch? I also need foundry traceability.
Yes, all our valves include MTR 3.1 certificates with complete chemical analysis (Cr, Ni, Mo, C, Mn, Si, P, S) and heat number. For pharmaceutical applications we can also provide surface roughness certificates (Ra) and traceability documentation from foundry to finished product. Request these documents at quotation time so we can prepare them with your order.
