Excellent welding quality, slow support

The MIG 250A welders are workhorses on our construction sites. Weld quality is excellent and they handle the demanding conditions well. Technical support response time is slow -- 5 business days for a simple question. Product itself is top-notch.

Good valves, some spec discrepancies

Ordered 100 DN50 valves for water treatment facility. Most performed well but 3 units had different pressure ratings than specified. Aceros resolved the issue quickly with replacements. Overall a positive experience despite the initial mix-up.

Decent welder but arrived damaged

The MIG 250A has good welding capability at this price point. However, the unit arrived with a dented casing and the wire feed mechanism needed adjustment. Took 3 weeks for replacement parts. Value for money is fair but the experience was frustrating.

Good compressor, communication needs work

The 50HP screw compressor performs well and met our specifications. Installation was straightforward. The only issue was getting technical documentation -- took multiple follow-ups to receive the full manual set.

Same excellent quality, now from Mexico warehouse

Second order with Aceros, this time from their Mexico operation. Same outstanding pipe quality as our Argentina orders. Delivery was even faster since the warehouse is closer. Highly recommend for Mexican operations.

Solid valve, shipping could improve

The DN50 gate valve meets all our process control requirements. Build quality is solid and the materials are as specified. Shipping took longer than promised though -- 2 extra weeks. We had to adjust our installation schedule.

Excellent steel quality, fast delivery

We ordered 200 units of the ASTM A106 seamless pipe and every single one met spec. Packaging was solid, delivery arrived 3 days early. Will order again for our next project.

Excellent value for export

We imported 200 lengths to Brazil for an industrial boiler project. Export documentation was flawless: MTR, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, and packing list. Everything ready for customs clearance without delays. Volume pricing is very competitive compared to local Brazilian suppliers. The pipe meets all A106 Gr. B specifications without exception.

Steel 316 quality is verifiable with the included MTR. Shipping took 2 extra days due to a customs issue at the border, but the supplier maintained constant communication and resolved quickly. Will reorder.
