Amanda Yerba Mate Despalada Bajo Polvo is a single-origin Argentine yerba (Ilex paraguariensis) produced by Establecimiento Las Marias in Gobernador Virasoro, Corrientes. The blend is aged 12 to 18 months in wooden bodegas and screened to remove stems (palos) and most of the fine powder, leaving predominantly large green leaf. The result is a milder, less bitter infusion that lasts more cebadas in the mate gourd without clogging the bombilla. Net weight 500 g (17.63 oz) in a foil laminate brick with a one-way valve. Suitable for traditional mate, terere (cold preparation), and modern cold brew formats. Ships in master cases of 10 units. Country of origin: Argentina.
