La Serenísima Dulce de Leche Colonial is the darker, denser, more cooked profile of Argentina's flagship milk caramel, presented in a 1 kg foodservice tub for back of house and import distribution. The Colonial recipe pushes Maillard development further than the everyday classic, giving a deeper amber color, a firmer set on the spoon, and the toasted caramel notes that pastry chefs use for alfajor fillings, choux, and layered cakes. Each tub is certified Sin TACC (no gluten) by ANMAT, making it compatible with celiac and gluten-free retail programs without reformulation. Produced in General Rodríguez, Buenos Aires, by Mastellone Hnos., the country's reference dairy since 1929. Recommended storage 15 to 25 C; refrigerate after opening.
