Alicante Condimento para Vegetales Cocidos is a ready-to-use seasoning blend formulated to lift the flavor of cooked vegetables without overwhelming them. The mix combines aromatic herbs, garlic, parsley, onion, and warm spices at a balance tuned for roasted potatoes, grilled zucchini, steamed broccoli or cauliflower, sauteed carrots, and pan-finished green beans. Packed in a 25 g stand-up zipper pouch that reseals between uses to protect aroma and color. Alicante is a long-standing Argentine seasoning brand produced by Molinos Alicante in Buenos Aires. The blend is certified gluten-free (Sin T.A.C.C.), suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets, and free of added colorants. Sprinkle 1 to 2 teaspoons per 500 g of vegetables before cooking, or toss with olive oil and roast. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
