Cabrales Café is a traditional Argentine torrado-style roast: green coffee beans roasted together with cane sugar to caramelize the surface, producing a darker color, sweeter aroma and a fuller body in the cup. Each 250 g bag is ground for filter, moka and stovetop preparations and packed in a laminated foil tin-tie pouch that keeps the coffee fresh after opening. Roasted in Mar del Plata, Argentina by Cabrales S.A., a family roaster founded in 1941. Certified gluten free (sin TACC), suitable for celiac consumers. Ideal for cafeterias, hotels, bakeries and specialty grocery channels exporting authentic Argentine café torrado.
