Description

The Happy Food dulce de leche alfajor combines two rare attributes in the Argentine alfajor category: certified gluten free (Sin T.A.C.C.) and no added sugar. The biscuit is made from corn and rice flours, filled with a dulce de leche sweetened with steviol glycosides, and enrobed in a confectionery coating based on maltitol and aspartame. Each 50 g unit is sealed in an individual metallized flow-pack to protect the coating from heat and humidity during long-distance transit. The 12-unit display box is designed for the counter of health food stores, dietetic shops and supermarket gluten-free aisles. The product carries Sin T.A.C.C. certification from the Argentine Celiac Association and Ajdut kosher approval. Manufacturing takes place in a dedicated gluten-free facility with per-lot PCR testing and full traceability back to the flour.
