Perfect product, shipping could improve

The bearings are undoubtedly genuine SKF, impeccable quality. We ordered 50 units and all arrived in perfect condition. However, shipping took longer than expected: 4 business days instead of the 1-2 promised. When we inquired, they informed us there was a dispatch delay due to inventory issues. Communication was acceptable but could be more proactive in notifying delays before we had to ask. Prices are fair for genuine product.

The heavy-duty conveyor belt works for our grain handling facility but it is not the premium quality we expected at this price. The belt thickness is at the minimum of the specified range. Communication was minimal -- had to initiate every single follow-up ourselves.
