Premium cookware, excellent for our kitchen supply business

We ordered 100 units of the 24cm cacerola for our cookware distribution in southern Brazil. The cast aluminum quality is outstanding, with even heat distribution that our restaurant clients appreciate. The ceramic coating performed well in our durability tests. Every unit arrived individually boxed with complete documentation. The Essen brand has growing recognition in Brazil, making it easy to resell. Premium pricing is justified by the quality and 10-year warranty.

Quality product, shipping protection could improve

Ordered 20 units for retail in Chile. The cookware itself is superb, noticeably heavier and better finished than competitors at similar price points. Two units had minor scratches on the exterior paint from shipping contact between boxes. The inner packaging foam was adequate but the outer carton could be sturdier. Product quality earns a 5 but shipping protection brings the overall experience down slightly.

Good quality but expensive for corporate gifting

We purchased 10 units as corporate gifts for our key clients. The cookware is well-made and the presentation box looks professional. However, at this price point for small quantities, the value proposition is weak compared to buying similar quality cookware locally. The minimum order of 10 units is fine for gifting, but lead time of 3 weeks is long when you need them for a specific event. Would consider again for larger orders where the volume pricing becomes more attractive.
